1) SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL: Your order will be sent to you via local post at a flat delivery and handling charge. This will usually take about 3 to 7 working days to reach you. Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel for delivery by normal mail.

2) SINGPOST REGISTERED MAIL: Your order will be sent to you via registered post with an additional charge of S$2.80 to the above postage fees. This will usually take about 3 to 5 working days to arrive. We highly recommend this mode of delivery especially for order of more than one item.

3) SELF-COLLECTION: You are welcomed to pick-up your order @ Pioneer Mrt during weekends. Meet up can also be arranged at a timing & location most convenient to us. Shipping cost paid will be refunded if payment done on Qoo10. Payment can be done by cash on self-collection. Please email/sms us on arrangement.
