Delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen.

For Qxpress, it usually takes 1-2 working days to deliver to your doorstep. Tracking info will be provided. 

For Singpost normal mail, it usually takes 3-7 working days to deliver into your mailbox. However, it might take up to 1 month to deliver if delay shipping by Singpost / peak season etc. There's NO tracking system for normal mail. Once we ship out parcels to Singpost, we will not be able to get any status update from Singpost. Do not choose this if you need your parcel urgently.
