This uniquely blended pressed powder Cake Makeup provides exceptional coverage and blends easily with an effortless application. Highly pigmented makeup is best applied with a dry smoothie blender for accent or base color. Starblend can also be used wet, but the water needs to be mixed well into the surface of the cake though to create a creamy consistency. Once used wet it cannot be used dry again. Removable with soap and water. 2 ounce size.
