Nippon Vinilex 5170 is an Oil-based Wall Sealer containing a superior resin/binder specifically formulated to protect the finishing coats against the effects of alkalinity and moisture from the walls. It contains a blend of solvents that enables it to penetrate deeply and gives a firm base for subsequent coats.
