1. I am on my second bottle of this cleanser. After using this cleanser in conjunction with the Facial Clear Lotion I have not had any acne breakouts. It keeps my face clear and bright and I just can't find any other cleanser to replace.

 

2. Have repurchased this cleanser countless times since I first tried it almost 10 years ago. This is a really gentle foaming cleanser that doesn't leave my skin tight or dry. It also has a lovely scent. 

 

3. One of the best cleansers I have ever used! It smells wonderfully like roses without being too fragrant, and makes your skin feel so clean and incredibly smooth.

  I have oily skin that has a bit of rosacea, and lots of clogged pores. I really notice a great improvement in my skin condition. Overall it's a wonderful cleanser and I would recommend everyone to try it at least once.

Q: The date stated is manufacturing date or expiry date?
A: It is mostly the manufacturing date. Expiry dates have words "exp" or "best before" before the stamped date.
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: It takes approxmately 3-5 working days via courier and 2-14 days via singpost normal mail.
 
Q: Why can't I track my order?
A: Once the item is stated on delivery, it will be at our climate-controlled warehouse waiting for the courier company to collect. Sometimes they might not come immediately after we request for collection. Once they collect, you will be able to track your order.
 
Q: I have not received my product.
A: Kindly inform us, we will resend. After resending, if you still do not receive, please file for non-claim receipt.
 
Q: Why is my item still on request?
