Well, a lot of things are different, but I wouldn't say they're horrible. I like the thicker, creamier texture, and the lotion moisturizes my skin really well. This particular formula sinks in and will keep my skin feeling (and looking) soft and healthy for 24 hours, and doesn't feel sticky. I love to use this on my legs after I shave, as it helps to keep my skin from becoming too irritated or dried out. My only beef with this formulation is the smell. It's not overwhelmingly horrible, but it smells a lot like putting on sunscreen... which is odd. The more I used it, the less aggressive it became, but it's still enough of a change to be bothersome if you're ruled by your sense of smell. Bottom line: It's a great moisturizer, but the smell takes some getting used to.Written by a customer while visiting BurtsBees.comWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportWhy did they have to change a good thing?1/8/2011Average rating:1out of5stars, based onreviews1/8/2011by SunshineEyes1234I love the original lotions. I purchased one of the new formulas unaware the product had completely changed inside it's new packaging. I thought it was just new packaging since the older tubes used to get dried out in the cap. But no it's a completely different lotion. I purchase the Aloe and Buttermilk because I have sensitive skin and it has this wonderful candy scent to it. This new product has no scent. The little that is has smells chemically and definitely doesn't make my skin smell nice. Not only that but I found where the old product kept my skin moist and clear this product makes me break out. The density of the lotion is more like a hand cream and not a body lotion. I find myself using a lot more because it sits where ever I try to moisturize rather then soak into my skin and doesn't have the milky feel the old formula does. Not happy with this product at all and if this is new formula is sticking around I am going to be forced to find a new organic company since it's not working for me. I am sorry Burt's Bees. I have been a loyal customer for years and an advocate of your products but this new lotion is awful.Written by a customer while visiting BurtsBees.comWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportI REGET BUYING THIS4/19/2017Average rating:1out of5stars, based onreviews4/19/2017by AmbericaI applied this to my hands and arms then immediately had to wash it off because the smell was so bad. I applied another lotion to cover up the remainder of the smell. It's nauseating. Buttermilk POWDER does not belong in lotion!! I still feel sick an hour later and the smell is stuck in my head. Absolutely disgusting.Written by a customer while visiting BurtsBees.comWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportLong time customer that is SO disappointed...11/23/2010Average rating:1out of5stars, based onreviews11/23/2010by lavendersblueI have used Burt's Bees lotions for around 8 years now. I started with their Milk and Honey lotion and then switched to the lighter scent of the Aloe and Buttermilk when it came out. I loved both of them and the way they nourished my dry and itchy skin. Well now that the formulas have been changed and are "new and improved" I can't toler
