I use it at least twice a day- in the morning and in the night. It is a very nice scrub and leaves my face feeling scrubbed and clean. I currently do not have any acne besides blemishes from previous pimples, and this is the only acne product that I have used. It is a really great product as long as you stick with it and use it every day! This product is not too harsh and I use it like soap- I wet my face, scrub it on, and scrub it off. I had sever acne making me feel like my face was the worst face known to man. I had big mountain looking pimples and would wake up with about six new pimples daily. After trying this product, my face became so much clearer, cleaner and smoother. I can finally walk outside with confidence and without the need to have to put on makeup to avoid all the questions and stares. Best part is, I saw the results within a week of use.
