Directions
Take seaweed from packaging and place desired amount into white mesh pouch provided. Place pouch under running water in the bathtub. Do not remove seaweed from pouch. Upon entering the bath, lightly squeeze seaweed to help release minerals and nutrients. Relax in bath with seaweed for 15-30 minutes (5-10 minutes for children 12 & under). Upon exiting bath, remove seaweed pouch from bathtub and allow to dry. Use seaweed for two to four baths. Adam*s Tip: To soothe scalp, rub mineral gel release from seaweed onto scalp.Free OfGluten, SLS, paraben and animal testing.
