And, as with all Spectrum® oils, our Organic Coconut Oil is both expeller pressed and non-hydrogenated. This oil is best for sauteing or stir-frying over medium high heat, or because of its neutral flavor, for baking. Medium high heat up to 365oF.

Directions
For body care, place jar in warm water to liquefy. Massage into skin or apply to hair for one hour, then rinse thoroughly.Free OfHydrogenated fat.
