Shipping and handling
- Free shipping from our Singapore offic, for courier service via depatch service with tracking number.
- Item(s) will be ship via our trusted and reliable own service provider.
- please leave your contact number and name for us to call you before delivery.
- Shipping only from Monday to Friday between 11am - 5pm.
- All confirmed orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days, after funds (full transacted amount) is received and cleared.
- Deliver time take 3-4 working days. If any urgent delivery, please choose one of our courier safe services (Normally take 1-2 days, comes with tracking number).
- All orders are shipped in boxes and carefully protection during shipping.
- International delivery time is between 11-20 business days and are subjected to custom inspection of individual country.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in its original condition with the box
