A Daiginjo version of the brew using the Sake Mirai rice type, specifically developed in Yamagata. Only a handful of breweries uses this rare rice. Extremely aromatic, with powerful perfumes of peaches, apricot, amidst other stonefruit with hints of melon. Refreshing acidity, pleasant cleanliness, and a gentle sweetness. A must-try for Juyondai lovers.
