Trojan Lamp UV602804UV replacement lamp for the Trojan -B and B4 Model Systems LAMP REPLACEMENT - Studies have shown that there is degradation of UV Lamps, caused by continuous exposure to the UV radiation. Efficiency is lost due to the cumulative effect of solarization a darkening of the quartz. Based on these findings M.W.T. recommends annual replacement of the UV Lamps. All replacement lamps come with new O-rings MWT Safety Note: Never look directly at the lamp when it is operating, UV-C, rays are present when the unit is operating. Follow the instructions carefully to avoid injury to eyes and skin. Always shut-off water flow and release water pressure before servicing. Electrical hazard; Multiple power sources may be present: be sure to unplug power supply and all peripheral devices such as junction boxes, solenoid valves, and remote alarms. Keep all electrical connections dry and off the ground. Do not touch plug with wet hands. Read directions before servicing.
