A special structure that realized the ultimate smallness

Conventional double-fold wallets and tri-fold wallets had to have a gap (Fig. * 1) to make the outer leather longer than the inner leather, and to open and close more smoothly.

In other words, the wallet of that gap gets bigger.

So, "a small wallet abrAsus (abrasus)" thought of a way to eliminate unnecessary gaps in realizing the ultimate minimum wallet.

Special connection parts

However, if you merely lose this gap, you can not open and close smoothly, so do not sew the inner leather and the outer leather of the lower part (Fig. 2), but separate parts (Fig. 3)

I took the method of sticking leather and inner leather.

With this method, we were able to eliminate unnecessary gaps and to open and close more smoothly.

Regarding this structure, our company has acquired a patent.

① When opening the hook card case

"Small wallet abrAsus (abrasus)" selects only about 5 really necessary cards, and proposes a style to carry around.

It was possible to enlarge the card storage part and design to fit 10 cards, but we designed it to contain about 5 cards in the meantime.
