Shipping

Your purchase items are generally shipped out within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.

We generally deliver your purchase items depend on selected shipping method， however， we reserve the rights to alter another shipping method if selected shipping method happens to be not available or by reason of better Customs Clearance at destination.

Please note when selecting DHL as shipping method， and your shipping address is a delivery Remote Area by DHL， we shall deliver your purchase items by EMS or other couriers instead.

Notice:

All import taxes/duties(if there are) should be paid by you.

If the parcel is returned to us due to your refusal to pay for import taxes/duties， we will not send again your purchase item until you pay for all return and re-send charges， and refund cannot be requested in this case.

Warranty & Returns

Each item is fully tested before shipment， we never send faulty items to avoid refund or return shipping.

12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from your receipt date. If the item does not work properly within warranty time， you can return it for replacement， and pay for return shipping cost (by registered post airmail).

If you are not totally satisfied with purchase item for any reason， you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Return shipping cost and any associated cost are paid by you， we will make full refund for original order amount.

Before return shipping， contact us for return address. If return items are received incomplete or damaged， additional charges will be deducted from refund.
