Unlike other shears holsters， the BATCLIP SHEARS can be used in both left and right-handed configurations and can be clipped right-side-up or upside-down on an equipment vest， as well as to a belt or waistband.
DESIGNED BY AN EMERGENCY PHYSICIAN looking for a solution to repeated misplacement and loss of his own trauma shears during chaotic resuscitations. His criteria for an ideal shears carrying solution included the slimmest form factor; durability for outdoor medical field work; quick no-look access; and easy no-look re-holstering. Prior to release， prototype designs were provided to paramedics and emergency physicians for two years of real-world testing.

DURABLE TITANIUM SHEARS INCLUDED. Included with the leather holster is a set of high-quality titanium-bonded EMT shears. The blades are three times harder than stainless steel and will far outlast the typical shears provided by hospitals or ambulance services.
