We are pleased to introduce our newest Wheat Free, Nut Free, Soy Free and Dairy Free product -- Ener-G Select Pretzel Bread... The ''Ener-G Select'' brand is our Gluten Free products that have egg, which are produced using dedicated equipment. The name change is necessary to insure our customers who have egg restrictions will not have any problems. Our regular Ener-G products will continue to be free of eggs. Both of these products will still be packaged in our vacuum packaging system that eliminates the need for refrigeration or freezing. Our products do not contain mold inhibitors or other ''natural'' preservatives. We unconditionally guarantee the freshness and quality of our products up to their ''Best by Date''.

Directions
Storage Recommendations: Ener-G Foods recommends placing products, once package is opened, in an airtight container then refrigerate. Freezing our products in their original packages cause them to dry out and crumble. If you wish to freeze, it is best to remove them from the original packages, then place in a freezer friendly container. Once opened, our products can last a few days on the counter but will increase the life to a week or more with refrigeration or freezing. Serving Suggestions: Toast or microwave (approve 20 seconds).Free OfGluten, dairy, nut and soy.
