My bottle is by Spring Valley as well (I purchased them inside at Walmart) but my bottle says 10,000mcg with Keratin. My bottle does not say with 100mg Keratin. Either way Biotin with Keratin (the 10,000mcg one) is the way to go! I have been using this for a month and I have a lot of new growth! It causes my hair to get really thick. I have straight relaxed hair but here it is a month later from getting my relaxer and I already need another one (that's how much new growth I have). I am an african american woman (25 years of age) and I would def reccommend this product! I wil take one of these pills for the rest of my life because I want my hair to be extremely long and strong and healthy and soft. These pills helps in all those areas! My nails are also growing and my eyebrows so it def helps in other places as well! I am a 36 year old female & for years I have suffered from hair fallout, breakage, etc. I had tried every type of shampoo for it, deep conditioner, hair repair products, you name it I had tried it! Then I heard that biotin can help women who have that problem so I bought this & thought I would give it a try but wasn't expecting much, but I was so pleasantly surprised! Within a few weeks I noticed less hair falling out when I washed it & brushed it. I have been taking it for several months now & my hair looks thicker, healthier & is growing much faster! I used to wear my hair up everyday just to prevent the stray "fall-out" hairs from being all over the back of my shirt etc. Now I can wear my hair down & run my hands or fingers thru it as much as I want & no fall-out, where as before when I would do I would have a hand full of hair.. My Mom takes this now because of me talking so much about how it benefited me. I could go on and on but anyways.. THIS WORKS GREAT..
