Spectrum® High Heat Organic Sunflower Oil Spray is made from golden organic sunflower oil which makes it a perfect complement to high heat cooking in a hot pan. Different oils have different uses, and each performs best within a certain range of temperatures. This oil is best for high heat applications like sauteing, frying or all-purpose cooking.

Directions
Shake well before using. Hold can 6 to 12 inches from unheated cooking surface and spray until well coated. Do not refrigerate.Free OfGMOs.
