Product Description

This fire proof, regular duty automatic door bottom works to create a secure seal at the bottom gap of your door. It is fitted with a self-extinguishing and oil resistant solid neoprene insert which serves as its primary seal. Additionally, the interior of the aluminum anodized casing is filled with rubber for extra protection. The seal can fill gaps up to 1'' and is compatible with both the floor and against a saddle. This product utilizes a concealed flat spring mechanism which lowers a neoprene extrusion as soon as the door is closed. Its high quality mechanism works swiftly to ensure smooth operation without a drag. It automatically retracts upon opening the door. This product can be surface mounted to both a right and left handed door. As with all of our products, this is built to last. It has successfully been tested through 5 million cycles.
