To Dear Buyers:
Ans: we don’t provide certificate by default, but we can provide certificate per customer requirement with additional cost. We can do the certificate on your behalf in any Singapore certified testing center.
Question : why not provide certificate?
Ans: It will cost SGD70 to do certificate in Singapore. It doesn’t make sense to do certificate for those products which only costs 20 or 30 dollars.
Question : why other supplier can provide certificate for the similar products?
Ans: if someone sell you 20 dollar product with certificate, the selling price of this product is even lower the cost of doing certificate. Can this certificate be trusted?
Question : why your price is much lower than others?
Ans: we cut all unnecessary cost and keep our margin very low to achieve the objective of becoming the best crystal and stone supplier of Singapore. We believe in high volume of sales with low price, instead of high margin.
Question : what is refund policy?
Ans : within 15 days after you receive the product, you can ask for refund without any reason. But you need to send the product back through registered mail without damage.
Measure Your Wrist Size
Ordering bracelets is MUCH easier if you know your correct wrist size. When you order a bracelet from me, I want it to fit you properly! These simple instructions tell you how to measure your wrist properly so you can be sure your bracelets will fit right.
Using a flexible measuring tape*, Measure just above (towards elbow) the wrist bone, then add 1cm ( normal fit) to 2.5cm ( loose fit) depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is the size bracelet you would wear.
Wrist Circumference
Method A (Flexible Measuring Tape)
Using a flexible measuring tape*, Measure just above (towards elbow) your wrist bone, then write down your measurements on a piece of paper. DO NOT ADD any cushioning to your measurement.
Add 1cm ( normal fit) to 2.5cm ( loose fit) depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is the size bracelet you would wear.
Below is a sample picture showing you how to measure for your wrist size with a Flexible Measuring Tape.
Method B (Strip of Paper or Thing String with Flat Ruler)
*Tip: If you do not have a flexible measuring tape handy, you can use a strip of paper or thin string to measure your wrist size. Make sure you make a mark on the strip of paper or thing string where it overlaps on your wrist. Once you have made your mark, lay the strip on a flat surface and measure it with a ruler.
Add 1cm ( normal fit) to 2.5cm ( loose fit) depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is the size bracelet you would wear.
