Xihu Longjing Tea is also know as west lake dragon well in its English name, it is a pan-fired green tea. This tea shown to you is a Yuhou tea, which means the tea harvest time is after Gu Yu (April 20), it is the late spring tea.
Yuhou Xihu Longjing Tea has srtronger flavors and stay brewing for more times, most important is its favorable price compared to Yuqian longjing (April 5-20) and Mingqian Longjing (Before April 5). For the Yuhou long jing, the appearance maybe not so beautiful as the other two, but it has deeper color of dried tea, and stronger taste of tea liquid. If you want a strong taste and also with a favorable price, the Yuhou longjing tea will be your best choice.

Xihu Longjing tea contains Vitamin C, amino acids, and has one of the highest concentration of catechins among teas, second only to white teas. It is a very helpful for weight lost, sickness prevention, and stress relief.

To brew this tea (poersonal gaiwan method):
1. Put 3-5g into gaiwan
2. Fill with boiled water of temperature 85-90℃
3. Stay for about half minutes you can begin to drink.
4. It can be brewed for 4-6 times.
