[Beanpole Kids] Premium Satchel Backpack. This is a school bag of stable shape due to its classic Satchel style design and luxurious & lovely design due to its mix of Alicia and Binky as a strength. It is trendy and chic style since it is horizontal school bag which is seen frequently in Europe and other foreign countries. It is a school bag that possesses lightweight, waterproof, anti-contamination functions due to its use of silicone hybrid material which is eco-friendly material. Especially it is great in anti-contamination and contaminations due to pencil, pen, markers, and other contaminations may be erased cleanly with rubber erasers. It is eligible for bottle or tumbler storage due to its insulating foil and band detail on the left pocket of the bag and mask or other personal hygiene possessions due to its applied antibacterial and anti-odor lining on the right pocket. It presents comfortable wearing sense and also has enhanced the air-permeability due to its use of air mesh on the back side. It has added inner pocket to enhance its storage ability to store belongings according to the needs. Strap is applied that is able to attach the chest belt and when matched with chest belt, which is sold separately, it is more stably wearable. It is practical since it is premium line and is included with mask that can be stored inside the antibacterial & anti-odor pocket. (This product is not included with Binky doll, sold separately.) Quality Assurance Standards 1. Compensation will be made for justifiable damages in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards notified by the government.
- For laundry anomalies from defects within fabrics, trims, seaming, indefinite sizes, unaccountable labeling (no or lack of labeling), and inadequate fabric composition: Free repairs, exchange and full price refund will be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. However, for seaming defects, free repairs will be made even after 1 year past the warranty period.
- For unfit sizes and dissatisfying design or color: Exchange for the equivalent product at the same price, when with no product defect or damages, can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Defects on one piece of product that comes in a top & bottom set will be considered a pair with defects. However, only equivalent exchanges can be made in case different fabrics and design were used between the top and bottom.
2. The company will not be responsible for compensation on damages caused by the customer’s mishandlings, deformations by laundry mistakes, and products past the warranty period (1 year). Repairable products will be repaired at a fee.
