Indications
Any muscular,joint and sprain pains throughout your body. Pregnancy, Bowel irritation, Tooth ache, Migraine, Hangovers etc. Icing and warming your body before strenuous activity can prevent strains and pain.
Directions
1: Open the lid and place bag on flat surface 2: Fill with ice and add some water to make a slush. 3: Expel excess air and close lid firmly 4: Pick up and hold upside down to check if sealed 5: Place on your body part and relax while it works. 6: For hot water usage, simply add hot water instead of the ice. 7: Water temperature should be no higher than 140 F. 8: It is very important that excess air is removed before sealing the bag. 9: If it is too hot, wrap the Thermabag in a towel and place on your body.
