Cooking Methods
1. Tear hotpot mala base into the upper container. Add in mala according to personal preference.
2. Fill in roughly half to 3/4 water. ( hot or cold)
3. Place vermicelli bag at the bottom of the upper container followed by the rest of the ingredients.
4. Place heat bag onto the bottom container. Fill in cold water to just cover the bag.
5. Place the upper container back on top and cover the lid.
6. It will start boiling after roughly 10 seconds
7. Let it cook for 15 mins, add in sesame oil after and stir evenly
NOTE:
1. DO NOT microwave or put item into oven
2. DO NOT place item on glass table. Be careful of the steam
3. DO NOT allow children to prepare the item as the item will get very hot and the steam may result in burns. Adult supervision is required

Potatoes, Kelp, Fungus, Bamboo shoots, Lotus Root, Vermicelli, Dried Bean Curd.
Step by Step
1. Put mala base , vegetable, vermicelli, dried tofu, beancurd skins into upper box. Add water ( Hot water is better)
2. Add in additional ingredients of your own if you like
5. Place the heat pack in the bottom container
6. Fill the bottom container with cold water till heatbag is submerged
7. Place the ingredient container above the heat pack container
8. Cover and wait for 15 - 20 mins
9. Once ready, add in sesame oil (own preference) and enjoy!

Authentic Hai Di Lao Luo Si Fen! 海底撈螺絲粉

Each box contains 120g of noodles and 110g worth of ingredients and sauces

Items in Box
1 packet of 120g noodles
1 packet of chilli oil
1 packet of Luo Si Sauce, 螺絲酱
1 small packet of peanut
1 small packet of preserved vegetable, 酸菜
1 small packet of tofu, 腐竹
1 packet of crackers
Methods for cooking
1. Soak the noodles in water for 30-45mins to soften it
2. Once soft, cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 mins. Strain off water after done
3. Cook the Luo Si Sauce with ~500ml of water
4. Pour cooked Luo Si soup onto noodles and add in the other condiments as preferred.
