Purchase Procedure

• Check if your smartphone is unlocked.
• Order and Pay in this page until 15:00 (GMT+09:00) of 1 days prior to the pick-up date. The order that wants pick-up date is Sunday or Monday must be finished until Friday 15:00.(GMT+09:00)
• Take the voucher(Order Summary by email) and passport to the pick-up place and receive the product on the day you designated.

Where to Pick up

• Please check the pick-up location, the open hours and your arrival time for pick-up availability.
• It is recommended that you use the free Wi-Fi at the Incheon International Airport.
• In case of an exchange, the purchaser is verified with his/her passport.
• Uncollected products are held for up to 4 days from the designated pick-up date, and can be picked up within the period. Uncollected products are not subject to a refund.

• • On the designated date, pick-up the product at ‘Baggage Deposit’ located on the arrival floor of the Gimpo International Airport.
  • Follow the board sign the Baggage Deposit on the left side of arrival exit.

How to Solve Internet Related Problems

• If your internet doesn’t work even after the activation is completed, follow this step.
• Insert the SIM first while the mobile phone is turned off and turn the power on afterwards.
• Set WiFi OFF / Airplane mode OFF / Data Network ON and set the APN.

[settings] → [Wireless and Networks] → [Mobile Networks] → [Access Point Names] → [New APN] → input the values on the below rectangle → [KT] select → restart

① Safari www.unlockit.co.nz → Click "Create APN”

② Country : Korea → Carrier : KT → Click "Create APN”

③ "install Carrier APN” appears → restart

How to Check Credit Balance

• Call 080-012-0114(ARS; for free of charge) on your phone. You will receive a text message with your credit balance account instantly.
• Also, you can call 080-770-0114 and ask staff about your credit balance.

How to Recharge

  • You can also recharge at any convenience stores in South Korea in every convenience stores, like 7-Eleven, CU and GS25 nationwide 24/7.

• • Recharge will be finished at the moment and you will receive notification SMS message in real time.
  • KRW 10,000 / 500MB. Recharge amount is unlimited. All the payment methods are supported including almost all the international credit cards.
