Q1:How to set up the box?

A: Connect the box to starhub signal cable(SCV cable), And connect the box to internet by wifi or wired internet cable. If you connect it by wifi, then need to go to menu "internet"

"wifi manager" to choose your wifi hotspot and put wifi password to connect to wifi. Then the box will be ready for watch the channels.

 

Q2: If I have connect the box to internet but still can not watch the channels, what do I need to do to make it works?

A: 1.Go to Menu "internet", check the networks local setting, DHCP should turn to "On". If it's not on, then turn it on and it will get IP address, etc. automatically.  If can not turn on, plesae restart the box until you can turn it on.

  1. If DHCP is turn to on, but still can not watch the channels, then please contact me for solution.

 

Q3:How can i be convinced that the box can receive all the channels?

The box can decrypt the latest Nagra3 system,which is used to encrypt all

the standard,HD and BPL channels,So you can watch all channels with the box

for sure.

 

Q4:Should i pay subscription fee?

Now all channels require a server to decrypt,building and maintaining a server

should cost a great amount of money.so it's reasonable to charge some acceptable

fee.howerver,the fee could be canceled in future.
