Directions
Sort & rinse. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup barley to boil, reduce & simmer, covered for 1-1½ hours oruntil grain is tender Suggested Uses:
Reduce cooking time by soaking rain overnight.
Sub for rice in soups, stews, casseroles, & salads.
Ground or cracked barley adds texture & flavor to crackers, breads, & cookies For optimal shelf life, store in a cool, dry place.Free OfGMOs.
