For Warranty Claims please email Name/Contact Number/Delivery Address/Purchase Order Number and problems of products to snapid_malaysia@yahoo.com.
Upon confirmation,we will send a mailing address to return the products.
Faulty products must be returned with its original packaging including accessories/manuals/and other related items to us.
Delivery costs to return the products covered by customer.
Snapid will cover delivery costs of replacement/repaired products to customer.
Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
Warranty claims which do not fulfill the conditions above will not be processed.
In case of product out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will refund the product cost to you.
