"Donut Balance Ball" is an exercise ball (fitness ball) that is perfect for introducing every exercise.
It is easy to use and safe because its height is low and stable.
Also, it is compact, so I will not take up space.
Just like a bodyball, please use it to train every part of the body.
Usage notes
1. If you have physical restrictions, such as safety or health risks, please consult your doctor before starting this program or another new program.
2. While performing the exercise shown here, there is a danger of falling from the pole and injuring.
Be sure to handle the pole slowly and at a controlled pace and in the exercise shown here take a body position as shown in the picture.
3. While using the ball, please wear clothes that will not interfere with the movement of the body.
Before using the ball, check the clothing and the surrounding environment to see if there is anything that would have caused the ball to puncture.
4. When using the pole please secure a safe and wide place that does not have hard things that are near to injuring.
Please also use it indoors only.
5. Keep the ball away from hot air, lamp, stoves or a strong source of direct sunlight.
6. Clean the ball occasionally with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth.
7. If you inflate after having been out of air for a long time, fold wrinkles may remain due to the properties of the material, but there is no functional problem.
