4) Shipping and handling costs come from the expense of shipping, handling, packaging, filling the order, advanced audit testing, &  rigorous quality control.

return

1) All returns must have prior authorization. Buyer can contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages MUST display RMA Number.
2) Return shipping charges are to be borne by buyer. The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender`s cost.
3) Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, refund will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
4) Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
5) If buyer asks refund for defective products, shipping and handling cost is no refundable.
6) Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. No refund will be made for wrong purchase or by mistake.

Warranty

1) This item has full 1 year warranty.
2) We only warranty for defective products. Physical damage or misuse by customer is not exchangeable.
