How to care for your mat?

• Before first use, wash with a mild detergent (such as body shampoo) and rinse with water
• After rinsing, hang to dry 
• Avoid direct sunlight and strong heat
• To store, roll up and keep in a shady area

Delivery options:

1. Qxpress (trackable doorstep delivery)

Your order is sent to your mailing address by Qxpress courier. Tracking number will be provided. Delivery time can take 3 to 5 working days. If no one is available to receive item during delivery, a separate delivery date may be arranged.

2. If you need the item urgently, arrangement can be made to meet up at Toa Payoh MRT station to hand over the item. But date and timing will be at the convenience of the seller. Return/Exchange Policy:

2. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable unless due to major manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered. Washed or used items will not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping fee for exchange is borne by buyers.

b) Change of mind after receiving items

c) Slight colour differences between actual items and photos

d) Sending items back without prior notice to seller
