   Parcel will be delivered to the letter box directly via singpost.
In the case of large parcel which may not fit into the letter box,
the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office.
No tracking number is available for normal mail. 
If the item is not receivered after 20 working days upon request,
NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED thus Delivery with TRACKING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Delievery usually takes 2-5 working days but minor cases delay up to 2 weeks

Return, Exchange & Warranty Claims By Mail
- Within 7 days from receipt date (Qxpress orders).
- Within 10 days from shipping date (SingPost Normal Mail orders).

For defective, incorrect or misdelivered item:
- Customer is required to provide order/cart number and photo/video proof of claim by Qpost message.
- Seller will assess the proof of claim & advise customer accordingly on the progress & outcome of claim.
- Item must be returned with original packaging box & all accessories inside the box with all labels attached.
- Seller will bear return/reship postage costs by registered mail.

For change of mind item:
- Customer is required to provide order/cart number and photo/video of item by Qpost message.
- Item must be returned unused with original packaging box & all accessories inside the box with all labels attached.
- Customer will bear return/reship postage costs by registered mail.
