1. Outstanding energy conservation effect with its hexagonal cell structure like a bee hive.

- The biggest advantage of Honeycomb blind is the unique 2 layer hexagonal cell. The whole blind has the feature of air curtain by forming and maintaining air layer in every layer of hexagonal cell. Therefore it prevents outside temperature and maintains the temperature in the room which brings the most outstanding energy conservation feature.

Advantage in summer season: t prevents outside temperature from coming inside and prevents the cool temperature in the room from going outside which brings insulation effect.

[How to measure the size]

Width Size : Manufacture according to the length of upper cover / Length Size : From upper cover to lower bar
The width of the fabric could be 2~3cm smaller than the requested size. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

[How to install]

You do not need special skill to install, you only need electric driver
Place the snap about 10cm inside blind's length

(If the width is over 180cm, install a snap in the center. Three snaps will be sent to you.)

<Ceiling Installation>

Fix the snap on the ceiling with a screw > hang the product from the back > push the product until you can hear the click sound

<Wall Installation>

Fix the bracket with a screw > hang the snap on the bracket > push it until you hear the click sound

Return & Exchange

1. When can we receive the product?
- We customize all products therefore it takes about 3~5 working days to produce.
- The procedure is complete of payment>Order confirmation>Product Manufacture>Shipping therefore when considering shipping condition, it will take about 15 days in total. According to the size, quantity, or circumstances of each countries, it could take longer.

2. How can we manage the blind in good condition?
- We have just lamination on the fabric therefore you could gently sweep the dust off.

3. How can we distinguish the actual color and color on our computer monitor?
- Color on the mobile or monitor could differ a little. We try our best to provide the closest color therefore exchange or reimbursement due to this is impossible.

4. Can we receive exchange if we ordered the wrong size?
- We urge you to make cautious decision when measuring size since all products are customized. If size of the product is smaller, it is impossible to repair however if size has been customized bigger, then repair is possible when you pay for the exchange and shipping fee.

5. What should we do if there is damage in the product when received?
- We allow 100% exchange or reimbursement for inferior products. Please give us individual inquiry for the issue.

6. How do we request for A/S?
- Due to the characteristic of the product, we could only support with shortening the size. If there is a problem with the product or any defaults we proceed free A/S however if there is charge for carelessness and mistakes that are caused by consumers. Charge of shipping, repair, and packaging could arise for A/S.

7. This product is a standard size. Please contact us if you would like a custom-made to fit your windows size.
