Instructions:
-Insert controller plug fully into the inlet on eye mask

-Insert the USB plug into USB charger

-Set the heating temperature and timing

-Wear the eye mask and enjoy it

- It's best to use 20mins each time, within 40~50℃.

- After hot compress, coordinate with 5mins cold compress

The Method of Using Gel Pack:
●Hot compress- Put the gel pack into the warm water(70℃) for about 5mins.

●Cold compress- Store in the freezer for about 10mins-15mins to freeze the gel
