Return policy:
1. Refund or replacement request is available within 2 weeks since you receive the item.
2. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction numer and reason for returning are required on the package.Items returned must include all original packaging.
3. Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and new replacement will be sent out immediately if item returned is found out defective. If a suitbale replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
