How to Use:
Adhesive Bras (7 Steps):
1. Cut the paper according to the description of fitting cup size.
2. Peel off the lower side of the backing.
3. Apply the lower half just above nipple. (Press it smooth to avoid wrinkles and or creases)
4. Bend the top side down then peel away the rest of the backing.
5. Use the upper half of the lift to lift breast into position.
6. Press the upper half of the lift to your skin.
7. Follow step 1-5 on other breast.

Breast Petals: peel off the backing and press them on the nipples.

How to Remove:
To avoid the pain when removing the adhesive item， you can prepare a towel a pot of water in about 40℃. Dip the towel in the hot water and apply it on the adhesive item for a few minutes. Then you can slowly remove the adhesive item.
