22 mixed sized sugar skull water transfers. They lie completely flat on the nail, no unsightly ridges. 1. Paint nails in your choice of colour. 2. Cut round the decal & place in water for around 30 seconds. 3. Slide the decal of the backing paper onto your nail. 4. Allow to dry and coat in clear varnish to seal.
