The E6 Fully Decoded Battery Adapter (dummy battery) is a new solution for the power supply. It can be connected with the external battery resources (such as V-mount and A-mount Li-ion batteries with battery pinches) to achieve high capacity power supply.It actually replaces the LP-E6 battery.

It adopts fully decoded smart chip inside， which is safety to， fully recognized by and compatible to the Canon Cameras. And it comes with a power cord of standard DC jack to supply perfect connection.

By using the battery adapter， it allows you to use the much larger battery to keep your camera powered for longer. You will not be bothered by the power supplying problem any more.

NOTE 1: It is NOT a battery， which cannot be charged， and cannot supply power solely. It’s an adapter in the shape of E6 battery， for connecting external powers. Please don’t mix up!

NOTE 2: Please close the door of the battery compartment during use， otherwise the camera will not start.

1. Connect the adapter with the battery pinch or external Li-on battery (Program activation， to make the chip charged for protection)

2. Insert the adapter into the camera battery compartment.

3. Get the cable out from the camera’s hidden side hole (look closely at the battery door to find this exit rubber grommet).

4. Lock the battery door.
