SIMPLE STEPS TO REDEEM:
Follow the simple steps below to purchase and redeem your valid E-voucher from I Heart Travel.
Step 1: Visitation Date
- Proceed to purchase the tickets UNLESS you visitation date is 2 days away.
- Please call us to check if you are planning to visit within the next 2 days.
Step 2: Purchase and confirmation
- Purchase from Qoo10.
- Order Number and E-ticket Codes will be sent to you by Qoo10 via email.
Step 3: Details Confirmation
- Upon payment confirmation, kindly email us your details as below in order for us to process your e-voucher :
1. Full Name according to IC / Passport (1 Team Lead will do)
2. Gender
3. Nationality
4. Contact Number
5. Email
6. Visitation Date to Legoland
7. Number of Adults
8. Number of Kids
9. Age of Every Kids
10. Order Ref Number
11. ALL E-ticket Codes
In the event where you have not confirmed on the visitation date, you can always drop us an email or text to inform that you wish to redeem the voucher later (must be at least 2 days before your visitation date)
Step 4: Redemption
- E-voucher will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after we have received the complete details from you.
- Kindly print the E-voucher (PDF) and show your Identity Card (I.C) at the ticketing counter for admission to the Theme Park.
**Please take note: VERY IMPORTANT!!!
E-voucher needs to be purchased and redeemed at least 2 days prior to visitation day. Payment may be forfeited if failure to do so. Please contact I Heart Travel should you need further clarification.

Joker Soaker
A fun interactive play structure in the wade pool where children can aim water cannons at one another. But watch out: The huge bucket will pour 350 gallons upon everyone every few minutes.
Build-A-Raft
A unique concept where children can customize their own raft made from LEGO soft bricks before floating down the lazy river.
LEGO Wave Pool
Families can ride the waves or simply cool off in this wave ppol where swimmers of all ages will enjoy making a splash.

3. Any purchase from Qoo10 with a E-ticket code is NOT considered as CONFIRMATION.
4. Buyers are to follow the simple redemption steps below to get your E-voucher from I Heart Travel.
5. Children rates apply from 3 - 11 years old.
6. Lead traveler's name and date of travel will be printed on the E-Voucher and CANNOT be changed after E-Voucher is issued.
