I wanted to have them set up and ready to go for Christmas day. They both worked fine for a little while and then I couldn't download apps anymore. I downloaded 2 game apps on each tablet and then they both would say network error if I tried to install anymore. I Added 8 ghz memory chips to each tablet and made sure there was plenty of room for apps. This made no difference. The apps are the important part for my kids because they would have used this for games. I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong, but I don't think so. I'm a little disappointed. Everything else seemed to work ok other than the Google Play Store app. I returned them to Wal-Mart and ordered something different. When I first turned it on to set it up I downloaded one app. It seemed to work fine, but then I tried to download another one and it said "error cannot connect to server". Then it stopped recognizing the Wi-Fi, and then the Wi-Fi would not turn on the device at all. I reset it to factory settings. No change. I was also disappointed because there was no phone number to contact the company. Not on the box or any of the papers. It was extremely hard navigate.
