Having read and agreed to our Shipping and Returns.
We will not responsible for any injuries, infection or problem to your eyes caused by contact lenses wear, especially if it is due misuse.
Lens sold cannot be exchanged or returned. Please decide cleary before ordering.
Full refund will be made when no stock is available for specific product.
We will replace incorrect lenses. Defective lenses can be replaced, but they must be mailed back to us/photo supplied and be intact in the original sealed vial so we can submit feedback to our suppliers and have them give the replacement to us. Customers must pay for the additional postage charge depending on the situation.
We try to mark our parcels with low value, but we are not responsible if your country's custom charge you taxes and duties.
All item are checked in perfect condition when we despacth them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment

                                                     Shipping and Returns

We do not offer refunds and exchanges for reason of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong model/colour, prescription, etc.).Therefore please be 100% about what you want before placing your order.
If we happen to send you the wrong colour, prescription or model, we happily correct our mistake. Please contact us, explaining your situation. You will have take a picture of the mistake for proof, and some cases will require you mailing the parcel back to us. A replacement or refund will be sent. Both lens have to be intact in their sealed vial. We cannot accept if you have openned the packaging even if the item was incorrectly sent. You must return the incorrect item within 7 days of
receiving them.
