SUNSHINE Garment T 입니다.
두번의 특수가공을 거친 20`s cotton 으로 제작한 티셔츠를
다시 한번 가먼트다잉 기법으로 워싱과 컬러를 함께 입혔습니다.
가먼트 다잉이라는 매우 강한 워싱과정이 들어가는 만큼 다양한 봉제법을 사용하였는데,
암홀부분은 세개의 바늘로 재봉하는 Track Stitch 재봉법을 사용해 변형과 터짐을 방지하였고
넥라인 역시 늘어남을 방지하는 재봉법을 사용하여 다수의 세탁후에도 늘어짐이 없습니다.

제품을 완성한 후에 색을 입히는 Garment Dye 염색법 사용.
수없이 많은 염색과 워싱공정을 거치기 때문에
인위적이지 않은 자연스러운 발색과 빈티지함을 얻을 수 있음.
대량생산이 어렵고 수축률과 불량발생률이 크다는 단점에도 불구하고
디자이너가 원하는 컬러를 얻을 수 있고 특유의 편안한 느낌 때문에 사용.
