Quality Assurance Standards	1. Compensation will be made for justifiable damages in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards notified by the government. - For laundry anomalies from defects within fabrics, trims, seaming, indefinite sizes, unaccountable labeling (no or lack of labeling), and inadequate fabric composition: Free repairs, exchange and full price refund will be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. However, for seaming defects, free repairs will be made even after 1 year past the warranty period. - For unfit sizes and dissatisfying design or color: Exchange for the equivalent product at the same price, when with no product defect or damages, can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Defects on one piece of product that comes in a top & bottom set will be considered a pair with defects. However, only equivalent exchanges can be made in case different fabrics and design were used between the top and bottom. 2. The company will not be responsible for compensation on damages caused by the customer’s mishandlings, deformations by laundry mistakes, and products past the warranty period (1 year). Shipping Period Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays) Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days). When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items. Precautions of Return Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status. Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit. Exchange is not available for international shipping items. Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered. (Return request after 16 days from the date your item is delivered must be proceeded through 1:1 inquiry.) For returning your items, please use EMS as your delivery courier. In case of using other courier services, refund might be delayed due to below reasons 1. Parcel rejected by the customs 2. Identification of returned parcel If a refund/return shipping fee occurs because of change of mind, the fee shall be deducted from the amount of refund. For an item return caused by customer’s change of mind, refund will be processed after a deduction of 2500 KRW of shipping fee to Korea.    However, shipping fees will not be charged for returns of defective product or other imputation caused by company.
