For Daily Maintenance:
Adults and Children over 12 years of age: Take two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 years of age: Take one (1) teaspoon daily.
For Intensive Use:
Adults and Children over 12 years of age: Take two (2) teaspoons twice daily. Children 6-12 years of age: Take one (1) teaspoon twice daily.
Shake well before use.
Mix with water, sparkling water and/or your favorite beverage.
