Directions
Pancakes (makes- 5'' pancakes) You will need: 3/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Sprouted Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 egg, beaten or egg substitute 1 tbsp Hain Canola Oil 1 tbsp honey 3/4 cup milk or water 1. Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear. 2. Cook on preheated, lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry. For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid. Serving Suggestion: Stir in ¼ tsp Raspberry extract just prior to cooking. Waffles (Makes 4 Waffles) You will need: 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Sprouted Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 egg, beaten or egg substitute 1 tbsp Hain® Canola Oil 1 tbsp honey 3/4 cup milk or water 1. Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear. 2. Cook according to waffle maker''s instructions.Free OfGMOs.
