Directions
Rinse rice under cold water before cooking. (Some color will bleed upon rinsing. This is normal). Bring 2 cups of water to a vigorous boil. Add 1 cup of black rice and cover. Lower heat and simmer for about 35 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.Free OfGluten and GMOs
