Exchange Policy

We recommend that you first try your shoes on a carpeted surface, so as not to scuff the outersoles. We may not accept returns or exchanges of shoes with scuffed soles. All requests for exchanges must be raised within 3 days from the receipt date via dropping us an email. If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash. There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s). All Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All exchanged item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges. twelve15twenty reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any exchanges. twelve15twenty's decision on the exchanged is final.
