My doctor wanted me to start taking Calcium and D3 to help with bone growth and soft stools. It still helps even now that I have been off the Calcium. The D3 is a gel tablet that is small and easy to swallow. My doctor told me for best results to take it with the last two bits of my meal for the most effective results.
