Super long lasting easy self eyebrow pen (Brush type eyebrow pen). How to use: 1. After night face-washing, take any water and oil away then draw your eyebrows meticulously with the Tattoo Eyebrow Pen.(If you draw on a make-up base or color make up, product will be less effective.) 2. Draw your eyebrows to your liking. Then modify the areas where needed with a cotton swab lightly before it dries. 3. Recommended to use it before 1-2 hours before going to bed in the evening. After 6 hours after applying it, it sticks to your eyebrows and color-developed completely. 4. If you do retouching after about 3-4 days (when it is getting fade), you can maintain the color like a semi-permanent. Note: For keeping the eyebrow color, please draw again before you go to bed. You need keep using this way by 3 days. Recap immediately if not in use, product will dry up. This product is not a permanent or a tattoo.
