There’re 2 kinds of buckwheat: Normal buckwheat (such as: Japanese noodle) and wild buckwheat (or Tatary buckwheat). The wild buckwheat offers more than 20 - 100 times of nutrition than the Normal one. How to serve Golden Buckwheat?

1. Best to make tea drink: 20g of baked buckwheat with 250ml hot water

2. Drinking the first cup in the earlier morning before any activity.
3. Cook it with meat or bone soup to reduce harms from cholesterol.
4. Cook it with white rice (Soba rice), an alterable way to instead of brown rice.
